Gospel was.well, I honestly didn't even use Gospel much for this battle (or the rest of the run, for that matter), but the statue definitely has abilities to take advantage of when it comes to redirecting damage and refreshing other party members. By having Anton equipped with the coins up until the Heir encounter, I accumulated enough money to level up Hans, buy two of my party members, and clean out the whole shop for another achievement! The Blue Bible made managing excess pigments easier, especially in the egg rounds when given seven pigments at once.Īnother item that I encountered and used earlier on was Ascetic Egg, which then gave me Colon Coins as one of the prizes (along with the aforementioned Blue Bible). Someone did comment about rupturing Ungods on my previous guide, and although it might not be as helpful on an enemy bound to flee, the number of extra moves the Heir can have on its turn can make rupturing damage a doozy if it's stacked high enough. Sulfa Drugs' shielding is ultimately what prevented him from dying when.well, you'll see.Īnton's shanking was helpful due to how often the Heir keeps moving around. I also had him expelling a lot of oil on the Heir, which made the flames even more effective and also healed/refreshed him. I once again had Dimitri help out with fire damage, though this time it was with his torch skill. I was lucky enough to get the Soggy Bandages in the shop, as I was with the Ungod slaying. You do not want to use an item that automatically inflicts frail on the Heir because it does self-inflicted damage during the egg rounds, so having malpractice circumvents this issue. Hans was essential for two reasons this time: her weave skill, which I already went over in the Ungod guide, and her malpractice skill. I failed to kill it twice, but the third time was indeed the charm for me.Īll party members were Level 1 except for Hans, who was Level 2. I ended up destroying the Heir in one of the most insane ways possible (that I'm aware of anyway).
